Anybody can apply with a show to the Fringe – absolute amateur to established professionals, and local, national and international participants are welcome. As a non-juried festival, Fringe Windsor selects shows by random lottery draw. In line with all other Fringe Festivals in Canada, Fringe Windsor does not evaluate the artistic merit of applicants, or the viability of the work.

Submission Deadline is 11:55pm on Tuesday March 10, 2026

An individual can apply to the lottery only once.

The draw will take place the evening of Thursday March 12, 2026

We acknowledge that we are on land and surrounded by water that is the traditional territory of the Anishnaabeg people of the Three Fires Confederacy which includes the Ojibwe, Potawatomi, and Odawa. Before Europeans arrived, the land along both sides of the river was referred to as Waawiyaatanong -- we are grateful to live, work and play in this area. We give thanks to the land and water for sustaining us and honour the history and culture of all the Indigenous Peoples who have inhabited this area since time immemorial.
